Shipping policy
Made-to-Order Production
Every Wag&Walk On memorial is individually hand-sculpted and hand-painted from the customer's pet photos. It is not a ready-to-ship item.
- We check submitted photos on the day we receive them.
- The first nearly completed handmade version is usually ready in 5–7 days.
- Paint-only revisions usually add about half a day.
- Revisions that require reshaping may add about five days.
- After customer approval—or automatic approval following the three-calendar-day response period—we complete firing, final inspection, packing, and carrier handoff within three days.
Final Review and Automatic Approval
We email the nearly completed memorial to the address provided with your order. You may request reasonable adjustments within the original customization request before approval.
If we do not receive a reply within three calendar days, after sending up to two email reminders per day, the current version is considered approved. Please reply to our email or contact wagwalkon@gmail.com if you need more review time. Appearance-related changes and free remakes are unavailable after customer approval, automatic approval, or shipment. Our separate damage-in-transit protection still applies.
United States Delivery
U.S. transit usually takes 6–12 days from the date the shipping label is created. The shipping label and carrier handoff occur on the same day.
Based on our historical order experience, most orders arrive approximately 25–29 days after we receive usable photos. This estimate includes typical customer review and communication time. It is not a guaranteed delivery date, and additional or substantial revisions may extend the timeline.
Free standard shipping within the United States is included in the listed product price. Import duties are also included and are not charged to the customer separately. Any applicable sales tax will be shown at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking is provided for every order after shipment. Carrier scans may take a short time to appear after the tracking number is issued.
International Availability
Our current standard shipping offer is for the United States. If additional countries become available through our checkout, available shipping methods, delivery estimates, taxes, and any other charges will be shown before payment.
Delays and Customs
Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or an incomplete delivery address can extend the estimate. We will help check tracking information when a shipment appears delayed, but carrier and customs timelines are outside our direct control.
Transit Damage
If your memorial arrives damaged, contact us within three calendar days of delivery with photos of the outside packaging, shipping label, protective materials, and damaged item. After verification, we will remake and reship it at no additional cost.
