Frequently Asked Questions
What is a pet memorial urn?
A pet memorial urn is a keepsake created to honor and remember a beloved pet. It can be used to hold ashes or small memorial items.
How does the ordering process work?
Upload a pet photo for a free AI reference preview before checkout. After ordering, share any extra details, review the nearly completed handmade version, and request adjustments if needed. Approve the final version by email; if you do not reply within 3 calendar days after our email reminders, the current version is automatically approved so the order can stay on schedule.
Do I need to pay before seeing a preview?
No. You can generate a free AI reference preview before checkout. This preview is a visual reference, not the final hand-painted product.
What kind of photo do you need?
A clear photo is the most important requirement. A full-body front photo is the best option.
Is one photo enough to start?
Yes, you can place an order with only one photo.
What if I do not have side or back photos?
That is okay. You can still order, and we can discuss the missing details with you.
Is the preview the same as the final product?
No. The preview is only a temporary visual reference. The final product is made to better reflect your pet.
Can changes be made during the process?
Yes. Reasonable revisions within the original customization request are available before final approval. Paint-only changes usually add about half a day; changes requiring reshaping may add about 5 days.
Can I request revisions before shipping?
Yes. We provide reasonable revisions within the original customization request before final approval. A completely new pose, pet, or design may require a new order.
How do I choose the right size?
For dogs and cats, choose by your pet’s weight and the capacity needed. If you are between sizes, choose one size up. Small non-cat/dog pets such as rabbits, birds, and hamsters require XL or larger; large or detailed custom pet shapes require XXL so there is enough clay for the form and details.
What sizes are available?
We currently offer M, L, XL, and XXL sizes.
How long does production take?
We check photos the day they are received. The first nearly completed handmade version is usually ready in 5–7 days. Paint-only revisions usually add about half a day, while changes requiring reshaping may add about 5 days.
How long does shipping take?
After customer approval—or automatic approval following the 3-day response period—we complete firing, final inspection, packing, and carrier handoff within 3 days. U.S. transit usually takes 6–12 days from the date the shipping label is created; the label and carrier handoff occur on the same day. Free U.S. shipping and import duties are included, and tracking is provided.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Based on historical order experience, most orders arrive approximately 25–29 days after we receive usable photos. This estimate includes typical customer review and communication time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Additional or substantial revisions may extend the timeline.
What if the item is damaged during shipping?
Contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, protective materials, and damaged item. After verification, we will remake and reship it at no additional cost.
Can you make a memorial for a pet other than a dog or cat?
Yes. We can customize memorials for any pet from clear reference photos. Small pets such as rabbits, birds, and hamsters require XL or larger, while large or detailed custom pet shapes require XXL.
What happens if I do not reply to the final confirmation?
We email the nearly completed memorial to the address provided with your order. If we do not receive a reply within 3 calendar days, after sending up to two email reminders per day, the current version is considered approved. We then complete the remaining production steps and ship within 3 days. Reply to our email or contact wagwalkon@gmail.com if you need more review time. Appearance-related changes and free remakes are unavailable after approval, automatic approval, or shipment; our separate damage-in-transit protection still applies.
